Ordering Process Instructions

1. Log in/Register as a Member
   Click on "Log in/Register New Member" at the top right of the homepage. If you are registering for the first time, please fill in the required fields such as your name, email (which will be used as your login account), and password to immediately confirm your membership. If you are already a Nose Planet member, simply select your account and password to complete the login process.
2. Select Products
   You can browse the Nose Planet homepage directly, find the products you need by category, or use the search function to directly choose items (on mobile/tablet, the menu can be accessed by clicking the symbol that looks like three lines at the top right). We offer a full range of products for you to choose from, including exclusive online items and bundles that are occasionally available.
3. Shopping Cart Checkout
   On the product page, select the quantity and specifications you want to purchase, then click "Add to Cart." After selecting all desired products, click on the "Cart" option at the top right of the page to enter the checkout page.
4. Payment
   Fill in the correct and detailed recipient information, credit card details, or bank transfer information. Once completed, click "Proceed to Checkout."
5. Order Confirmation
   Once payment is completed, your order will be confirmed, and you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. The products will be delivered to the recipient address within 14-28 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

 

Payment Methods

• We offer the following payment methods for online shopping: Credit Card (one-time payment).
• Secure Payment: Our website uses SSL encryption for secure transactions. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and JCB cards for online payments, ensuring encryption and security.
• All products offered are brand new. However, due to the nature of our products being personal consumables, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened and used.
• The products will be delivered to the recipient address within 14-28 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
•  If there is a defect in the product, you may apply for an exchange for a new item. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for more details.

Our company offers delivery services for all products International shipping is only available to Hong Kong, the United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Saudi Arabia,Australia, New Zealand.

Important! Please ensure that the recipient address is not a P.O. Box, as we are unable to deliver to such addresses.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. In the event of a typhoon, shipments will be delayed.

International Shipping Service
For international orders, packaging will be completed within 7-14 days, and delivery will be completed within another 7-14 days. The estimated time from order placement to receipt of goods is approximately 28 business days.
